These dishes feature not only middle eastern traditional proteins like lamb and chicken but we also make shrimp kabobs, grilled salmon and eggs prepared in a variety of unique and delicious ways. Try our gallaba which is prepared with your choice of chicken, lamb, salmon or shrimp blended with green peppers, mushrooms, carrots, onions, tomatoes and our yummy sauce.
